Jason Kiesau is a leadership development consultant who helps leaders turn good intentions into consistent behavior—so strong results and healthy relationships can exist at the same time. Over the past decade, he has facilitated hundreds of leadership sessions and coached leaders from Fortune-level organizations to newly forming teams across North America.
For more than 20 years, Jason has been studying people, behavior, leadership, and the dynamics that drive trust, accountability, and performance. His career as a business coach, diversity trainer, leadership developer, and social intelligence master facilitator has taken him across industries, levels, and cultures to work with leaders navigating real-world pressure and organizational complexity.
Today, Jason serves as a master-certified facilitator and social intelligence consultant with TRACOM Group, the Social Intelligence Company, helping organizations reduce unnecessary friction, communicate with greater precision, strengthen decision-making under stress, and translate good intentions into consistent leadership behavior across teams and cultures.
