D90 Leadership.jpg

"Leadership requires growth. Growth requires change. Change requires us to disrupt our 90% and play a more active role in our experience."

Up to 92% of people may work and communicate differently from one another. Even with the best intentions, not understanding these differences can lead to unnecessary misunderstandings, miscommunication, conflict, and stress. These differences are observable, and leaders typically operate within one of the following dominant behavioral patterns:

  • Driven and Results-Focused; may Lack Patience and Empathy

  • Passionate and Spontaneous; may Lack Consistency and Emotional Control

  • Supportive and Cautious; may Lack Assertiveness and Confidence

  • Data-Driven and Logical; may Lack Flexibility and Empathy

Which pattern to you think describes you most of the time?

How about some of your colleagues?

Each dominant pattern has distinct tendencies, strengths & weaknesses, needs, communication preferences, and stressors. The way one person naturally behaves and communicates to meet their needs may be in opposition to the needs of others. We believe that the majority of challenges people experience with one another stem more from a lack of understanding behavior than from the feelings and judgments we tend to make.

By leveraging SOCIAL STYLE & Versatility, all programming begins with a foundation of emotional and social intelligence. Leaders not only learn about themselves but, more importantly, they learn about others and real strategies that fosters better communication, trust, respect, and results.
