The Profile XT Total Person Assessment measures how a person thinks, reasons, behaves and how they are motivated. It allows you to assess your most successful people and use their results to create a performance model to compare candidates against. The Profile XT assesses if a candidate can do the job, how they will do the job and if they will want to do the job.
Based on 50 years of research, SOCIAL STYLE suggests that each of us has a dominant pattern of behavior (or Style), measured by how assertive we are and how much emotion we show. It leads to the four following dominant patterns of behaviors:
People with a Driving Style tend to be more assertive while showing less emotion
People with an Expressive Style tend to be more assertive while showing more emotion
People with an Amiable Style tend to be less assertive while showing more emotion
People with an Analytical Style tend to be less assertive while showing less emotion
Each Style has its own set of characteristics, needs for security and confidence, strengths, weaknesses and stress triggers. SOCIAL STYLE helps leaders and managers enhance their emotional intelligence, social intelligence and versatility.
360-Degree Feedback assessments measure a leader's self-perception against the perception of their bosses, peers and direct reports in key areas critical to their success. Once the 360 process is completed, reports are produced that show alignment and gaps while providing leaders development recommendations to close gaps and improve performance.
