What do I do?

I help leaders and leadership teams enhance their emotional, social and

achieve greater success and live higher-quality lives.

Why do I do it?

Real leadership changes lives and makes the world a better place. Selfishly,

I like the feeling that I am could be making a positive contribution to people

and the world around me.

Who do I work with?

I work with senior leaders and leadership teams who have challenges and

may have a little more chaos in their world than they want. They value

education and opportunities to develop their skills. They understand they

need to set the example and that leadership starts with them.

How do I do it?

Why do I deserve a chance?

I know guys like me are a dime a dozen and they are dropping in, leaving voice mails and sending emails just like I did. I get it; I have a lot of competition. That said, I do think I'm different.


I've been studying personal, professional and leadership development for over 16 years. I've been getting paid to do it for over 10 and have worked with hundreds of leaders across the United States. I've coached executives one-on-one, facilitated training for leadership and management teams and spoke to groups in the hundreds. What ever challenges are you and your team are facing, I'm confident, I can help.


I grew up wanting to be a teacher, but I didn't want to be a teacher because I wanted to teach. I wanted to be a teacher because I wanted to change the world. I know if I can help you and your team become better leaders, individually and together; everyone around you, from family to employees will benefit. I truly believe this stuff can change the world. The question is: Do you?

Finally, the model I've outlined above is solid. I don't care what issue(s) you are dealing with, everything starts with emotional intelligence. The more emotionally intelligent a person is, the better their relationships will be. The better their relationships are, the more effectively and efficiently they will lead and influence others and achieve their goals.
