We Are Wired to be Stressed
Our attitudes and personal beliefs play a foundational role with how versatile and resilient we are. (two predictors of success)
If you are the type of person hat has an ax to grind with a lot of things, you are going to be stressed out a lot. And though that feeling... that tension... that stress may trick you in to thinking it's important or justified... you are still stressed and polluting your body.
It may be serving you in that moment, but it is really serving you in the grand scheme of things... with healthy relationships, esteem to achieve and maximizing your potential.
We are wired to be stressed and that should scare the hell out of everyone, but we can play a more active and conscious role in our experience and make more proactive decisions that actually serve us.
