Prioritize Security And Confidence
Take them through exercises and facilitate conversations that allow them to realize that everyone is fighting the same battle they are. We are all doing things to meet our security and confidence needs, and sometimes our dominant patterns of behavior align with others' needs and sometimes they don't. When they do, people are more comfortable and trust is built. When they don't, there is a gap.
